The Windows edition is the most complete: dual engine, ad blocking, mouse gestures and the extension gallery all work. No preparation beyond normal user rights is needed, and you can browse straight after install.
Installation steps
Get the installer from the download page, double-click to run, choose a location (the default is your user directory and needs no administrator rights), wait for the progress to finish and click start.

FAQ
It says I do not have permission — what now?
Right-click the installer and choose "Run as administrator". Installing into your user directory normally does not need it.

Yes. The wizard supports a custom location; avoid system directories that require administrator rights.
